Wickens Dry Ice Blasting offers professional contract cleaning services performed at your facility.   You have ready access to our 12 years of expertise and a full range of single and dual hose dry ice cleaning machines and peripheral specialty equipment.

We can provide the dry ice blasting equipment, drying equipment, compressed air supply, pellet or block dry ice media and a team of trained and experienced operators to perform professional cleaning services at your facility.

Rental Dry Ice Blasting Packages with Technician

At Wickens Dry Ice Blasting, our customers have the option to rent a dry ice blasting package accompanied by a qualified technician.

We can provide a complete dry ice blasting package, including dry ice cleaning machine(s), drying equipment, pellet or block dry ice media, delivery to their facility, training for their operators, subsequent dry ice deliveries and pickup of equipment and empty bins once the cleaning project is complete.

12 Month Warranty
At Wickens Dry Ice Blasting, we value our customers and take pride in all the equipment we supply. A new Dry Ice blasting machine carries a 12 month parts warranty from the installation date, excluding hoses.

Wickens Dry Ice Blasting will provide any machine parts which become defective through normal use of the unit within this 12 month period for no charge. Extended warranties are also available.

Service and Scheduled Maintenance Programs
Service and scheduled maintenance programs have been developed to meet the demands and requirements of individual companies.

When service is required, each service call is carefully documented with parts installed or what may be needed on the next visit. You receive a detailed service report for your files. If a recurrent problem surfaces we want to know why and help you to solve it.

Sample Trials & Demonstrations
Over the years, we have seen many different cleaning challenges. Although there are common elements, each solution is unique and requires a thorough understanding to be resolved successfully. At Wickens Dry Ice Blasting, we begin by asking you about your application. If necessary, we follow up with a site visit or will offer a sample test using a range of blasting equipment at our facility at no charge to the client.

Wickens Dry Ice Blasting will perform no-obligation on-site demonstrations of our dry ice blasting systems to help you solve your cleaning problems.

To ensure a successful demonstration, we will need to visit your facility to assess the application and compressed air capability. We need to ensure that there is sufficient compressed air in terms of air volume and pressure.

On-Site Training Programs
Training in the operation, maintenance and safe use   of dry ice blasting machines is important.

For customers who purchase or rent equipment from us, Wickens Dry Ice Blasting provides on- site training of personnel with an emphasis on safe and productive operation of the equipment.

Customer Training Package

•  Onsite Training - training of customer's employees in equipment operation, safety, cleaning techniques and applications.

•  Training Video - provides detailed instructions for installation and operation of your unit, blasting tips, and simple step-by-step maintenance procedures.

•  Training Workbook - designed as a training companion to the video.Fill-in-the-blanks and take notes as you watch the video.

•  User's Guide - designed for use by the operator on the shop floor. Full color, wire-bound with pages that can be wiped clean.

•  Certification Program - testing program available for certification of employees as dry ice blasting systems operators.
